About Us

We have always stayed true to our mission: to provide the communities of Northern California with the most innovative and comprehensive healthcare available in a compassionate and caring environment. Our facilities maintain state-of-the-art equipment and the latest, most cutting-edge healthcare technology to ensure that we continue to provide the most advanced care.

The Aryana Healthcare Foundation was established to help individuals in need of medical care who unfortunately are financially unable to buy health insurance coverage, or meet the cost of the medical services they need. From this foundation, the SafetyNet Program was born.

Our Vision

Our Patients: We are dedicated to maintaining a compassionate environment focused on the personal and emotional needs of our patients while providing them with superior health care.

Our Nurses and Health Care Professionals: SafetyNet is dedicated to maintaining a staff of the finest quality nurses and health care professionals available in the industry. In order to maintain this level of excellence, we provide competitive compensation and benefits and continuously work on developing an environment founded on teamwork and camaraderie.

Our Physician-Partner: A majority of the physicians who perform surgery at our facilities are partners of SafetyNet. Consequently, SafetyNet is constantly consulting with our physician-partners to assure that they have access to the latest technology and a highly skilled team of nurses and health care professionals. By dedicating our self to addressing the needs of our physician-partners, we have forged a strong friendship and a mutual respect that is unique in the current health care environment.

Health Care Technology: We are dedicated to maintaining the latest and most cutting-edge health care technology at our facilities. We work closely with the largest vendors of medical equipment in the world to train our physician-partners, nurses and health care professionals on the most recent technology. We also use the latest in health care information technology to ensure that we manage our resources responsibly in order to provide efficient and cost-effective service.

Managed Care: We acknowledge that, in addition to excellent health care, our patients and payers require efficient and cost-effective care. We are dedicated to achieving this goal by implementing the latest in health care information technology. Our staff continuously monitors our systems to ensure that we manage our resources responsibly while preserving our commitment to quality service.

AHCF Future

Health care reform has had a major impact on our local community, AHCF is diligently working to understand how the health care reform will impact our patients care and coverage. The AHCF is striving to formulate a strategy that enables us to continue serving the uninsured and under-insured populations.

When the major access provisions of health reform are implemented in 2014, It has been estimated that more than 20 million people will remain uninsured.  We will need to understand the populations that remain uninsured in order to design the AHCF care and coverage program. The program will specifically address the population left without access to health care after reform is implemented.  The AHCF will continue to fight the complacency about the uninsured and programs that serve them. The bottom line is that the need for the AHCF care and coverage programs will not only continue but will be critical for our community.

How AHCF Works

The AHCF Program is intended for Santa Clara County residents who are not eligible for health insurance or cannot afford to buy it. Low-income residents who qualify for the AHCF can get medically necessary health services at participating community health centers in Northern California at no charge.

AHCF provides all required medical needs from standard physicals and CT/MRI/X-ray imaging needs, to primary Physician Care, Surgical Specialists, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation at no cost.

In addition, AHCF will cover all medically necessary services with non-AHCF-affiliated providers or facilities that are willing to accept Medicare rates of payment. We welcome all physicians and facilities in the area in participate and join the providers already in our network.
